Loved everything about the condo/ hotel. It was everything promised. Watched the fireworks show on the balcony. View was just as described would definitely come again highly recommend.

Great room, location and amenities. The ladies in the office were amazing and allowed an early check in ! Also, don't bother going to the beach for the Hilton Hawaiian Village fireworks show as you will have a front row line of sight viewing outside the balcony !!! Great room !!

Hawaiian vacation

This place was perfect for the vacation with myself and 2 girls. 17&7. The patio view was perfect and you saw the fireworks and luaus from it. It was a close walk to the lagoon which we wnt everyday. The stores downstairs were awesome and the laundry facilities were right across the hall making it convenient. The only thing I would add is a broom to the roomSo I could sweep up the sand. Thank you!

Super Apartment with a fantastic view

The apartment was big enough, clean and had everything we needed. From our balcony we had a great view to the lagoon, the Friday fireworks and the sea. We stayed there for 3 weeks and we loved it. We can recommend and want to come again.

Great service from Marina Vacations , our room was clean tidy had everything we needed. The view was awesome especially for the Fireworks on Friday nights. Close to Bathers lift was great for us ,also Laundry was just across the hallway . The unit was very comfortable the cupboards could do with a upgrade and the King bed was comfortable but some fitted sheets needed. Would stay there again .

This unit is not an upscale condo but has some very nice features. The views are exceptional, it’s reasonable, and very clean. The patio furniture is not very comfortable but you’re in Hawaii so you’re not really sitting on the patio much. I would definitely rent again.

Only thing that would make it Excellent would be FITTED SHEETS. You had no large forks only desert forks. Hair dryer did not work. Larger beach chair is old and broken , missing a screw and it was rusted already.... not usable. Only 2 small sitting chairs. Need to fix light fixture above eating counter near the wall. We did buy a larger pot that I needed and we left it there for your use. No way it would fit in my luggage. But we thank you for letting us check in earlier and letting us check out a bit later. We really appreciated. Looking forward to coming back next year possible. THANK YOU

The condo was awesome! The view is amazing! We loved hanging out on the patio to enjoy the ocean and lagoon view. It was a short walk to the water. We had fun watching the surfers in the ocean and all the activity nearby. There are lots of places to walk to. The city bus is convenient to catch across from the hotel. We used that to get to Pearl Harbor. The ice cream shop and the coffee shop below the hotel were good and workers friendly there. Great place and fantastic view!

The location was prime. We had a wonderful view of the lagoon and beach. I loved the coffee shop and little store in the lobby. The security desk was extremely helpful and friendly in helping us locate a bag with an important item. They also made efforts to get people to follow the elevator rules, which I also appreciated. The room was comfortable. My only issue with the room was the non-stick pans were all scratched up and some of the dishes had not been cleaned properly.. The elevator waits could be up to 10 minutes, and as mentioned above, many fellow patrons did not feel they had to follow the mask rule. The only time I felt COVID unsafe was in the elevators.

Always a pleasure to come home and staying here was easy and comfortable! No issues wirh the unit ! Advertised as such and everything was perfect! Clean and spacious , all the kitchen utensils you would need !! Had a wonderful stay! The view was beautiful as well ! Will be back!!

The view is spectacular, better than the pictures. Comfortable bed, nice linens, plenty of kitchen equipment. Retro pineapple furniture is gorgeous. The beach is very close and the location was quiet. This one is a winner

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had four in our room (2 adults + older 2 teenage daughters). It was a little bit cramped but did not matter for a 10 night stay. Owner communication was good - was prompt to respond to any queries. Received telephone call in Australia a couple of days prior to visit due to our arrival date being a public holiday. Provided advice on check-in procedure and sent instructions with security access code for room. Views were excellent and out the front was good for my husband and daughter to longboard. Hired longboards from Quality Surfboards Hawaii, 1860 Ala Moana Blvd Suite 104 - a short walk away from Ilikai (rentals were cheaper and they offered great service). Great to watch Friday night fireworks from the lanai. Nice ice cream from ice cream shop located in hotel foyer ($2 Tuesdays). Also enjoyed dinner and views at 'Top of Waikiki' Revolving restaurant - 15 minute walk from Ilikai. Condo had everything we needed. Liked the keyless entry (enter a security code to access room) so no need to worry about leaving keys on the beach. Kona coffee bags were supplied (2 days supply) - coffee was really nice but unable to purchase the same coffee at the shops for the remainder of our stay (only a lesser quality version). Would be good if you could buy extra sachets through housekeeping (if you can already - there is no info on this). Location was great - walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Centre (5 minutes), beach access, 10 - 15 minute walk to The Cheesecake Factory (highly recommended). Made car hire booking from hotel foyer (day trips to North Shore) and walked across the road to Alamo to collect - they gave us a free upgrade on both occasions. Returned the car by 7 pm each day to avoid expensive parking costs. We have stayed in Waikiki previously (hotel room not condo) but enjoyed our stay at Ilikai more with the amazing views, beach access, full kitchen facilities, walk to Ala Moana (saved us a lot in transport costs), fireworks, ABC stores/mini-mart in foyer and car rental located across the road. The lanai with a great view was fantastic - we saved a lot of $ by having a kitchen and balcony with great views - enjoyed drinks and nibbles on the balcony rather than buying at restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying here. This end of the beach is less crowded than main Waikiki area which we loved. But still close to everything you need. The room is fairly priced for what you get. Look forward to coming back :)

Great condo in a fabulous location. The view from the lanai is to die for, especially for the Friday night fireworks. We are a family of four and the condo had everything we needed. Being so close to the laundry is also really handy, you can check to see if a washer is free before taking your washing over. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in this unit at the Ilikai. The view from the balcony is awesome: ocean, pools, lagoon, fireworks...you can see it all. The check in process was easy, we were running late and couldn't quiet make it to the office before closing, so I called and they simply emailed me the code. The property manager stopped up and introduced us to the property and gave us a few instructions for check out. We didn't really cook in the unit but it seemed to have all one would need. The bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of water pressure, the wifi and TV worked well. It was all very functional. We appreciated having beach chairs and a small cooler for our time at the beach. There are a few cosmetic things in the unit that could be refreshed or updated (paint, furniture, etc.). Those things bothered us very little as we spent most of our time out anyway. All in all, a great unit that I would book again.
