AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Beautiful unit, with a very comfortable bed. Carpeted living area is nice. Lanai is same as the rest, with a nice view of sunset sky and marina. Easy run up the stairs if you wish, but elevator was quick and readily available. Bathroom and kitchen were modern and in good shape. All the dishes and utensils you will need. Only thing I might suggest would be more modern fan, and newer beach chairs. As well as provide a couple of beach towels, so we don't have to bring or purchase some when getting there. Otherwise, a great overall

The location was perfect! Located in Waikiki but on the edge of the beach. The hotel accommodations were amazing. Check in and check out process was so easy! We felt secure and loved the kitchenette.

The location is great. Room was exactly as posted. Very easy entry if coming in late. View from the patio is great, with beautiful sunsets. You won’t be disappointed for the price.

Overall the stay was amazing. Location was great. View was great. Check in was very easy. Room was mostly clean, but maybe few things here and there. Toilet paper limited to a few rolls for a 5 day stay seemed a little restricting. It’s like driving a Tesla and not being sure where if you can make it to the next station. We ended up buying another roll which helped us through the week. In the end we had an amazing trip with this stay.

We enjoyed our stay, it was nice to not being right downtown. We could walk there when we wanted to. The parking at the harbor made it more economic because it was by the hour and cheaper than valet service by $11 a day, plus we didn’t get charged while we were traveling the island. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

If you’re looking for something better then just a hotel room.. you can’t go wrong at the Ilikai. The folks at Marina do all they can to make your stay comfortable we arrived early and because our unit was already clean they allowed us access right away. Our unit as most there do, allowed us to decide whether we wanted to prepare a meal for ourselves or head out for a purchased meal. Location is a comfortable walk to the heart of Waikiki or over to Ala Moana park or shopping center . We’re going back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice and clean! Only small issue is maybe more towels and hand rags available. Even though it’s our responsibility to wash, still would be nice if there were more towels!

Ocean views in the heart of Honolulu

This was a very spacious and enjoyable apartment. Great cooking accommodations, beautiful sunset view of the ocean. We were very close to everything, and were able to enjoy all that the island has to offer both on foot and in our car. And all of this for a great price! Only complaint was that the hotel’s trash receptacles were full so we were unable to get rid of ours at the end of the week, but obviously this was not the fault of the owners. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Honolulu this past week. The condo was just as it was described online and was perfect for two people. Very clean and, while we did not cook outside of toast and coffee in the mornings, the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the whole unit was in great shape. Parking is available through the valet, which was handy, but we also found free parking in the marina behind The Ilikai. There are two pools at The Ilikai, but we only used the main pool and it was great. They limit the number of people in the pool area which made it relatively quiet and relaxing. All-in-all, it was a great condo and I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

They allowed us to check out late which was very nice. Near a lot of shops but they are very expensive and not tourist shops but expensive fashion shops. Mostly clean but there was white stuff all over the shower and the shower head leaked. A/C didn’t work right. We tried adjusting with the remote and nothing ever changed.

Great stay! Some of the dishes needed another wash... but everything else was fantastic. And the management was so nice! Love the keyless entree way. Felt super safe. Took the stairs up and down since only on the 4th floor, so didn’t have to be in the elevator. We found parking around for free every night so didn’t end up having to pay $$$$$ :)

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condominium. The view was wonderful, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The condo/hotel is conveniently located in Waikiki and we were able to walk to the beach, parks, restaurants with ease. The condo was nicely updated with new appliances and granite counters. The air conditioning worked well and we slept comfortably each night. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the surfers and ships travel by. We would happily stay here again.

The room was just as pictured and the view was even better! It was everything I had hoped for. The check in/out process was a breeze. The room was spacious, kitchen well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. The Ilikai itself was very easy to get to, and the valet parking was well worth it. The super market on the main floor was convenient and Cinnamon's had some of the best food, we ate there multiple times! The only complaints I have is there was not much for closet space, and one of the beach chairs they provided was rusted through. Those two minor things however, would not keep me from booking the room again. Communication with MHV was easy, and they were amazing to work with. My trip and experience was amazing!

Very Clean and a great spot in a top location. It was just perfect. Ilakai is perfect to go everywhere + car rental is right across the street so easy to experience the rest of oahu. The little cafe and cinnamon restaurant offer a great range of food in a great price range. 100% a perfect location for the first time in hawaii

This was our second vacation to Hawaii. We had stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village previously, which was right next door. This was so much better! Everything was easy to find, we loved the room, the Ilikai, and the view! It was super convenient and clean. My only complaint is that there isn't a whole lot of closet space, but who really cares about that when you're in Hawaii?! Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Ilikai with my family (2 adults and 2 children aged 2 and 5) for 4 nights. The location is quite central and it's an easy walk to many restaurants, beaches and malls. The Lagoon right beside the Ilikai was wonderful for children with calm waters and lots of room to play in shallow waters. The condo itself was clean upon arrival and fairly well stocked (dish soap, basic toiletries, etc.). The instructions re: check in and check out were very easy to follow. We did not have any trouble during our stay. The condo was quiet with a lovely lanai. The pictures are an accurate representation. We did not notice any street noise and the walls seemed well insulated as did not hear anything from neighboring suites though we knew they were occupied. The king sized bed was comfortable and the couch provided enough room for our 5 year old to sleep well. We would certainly stay at Ilikai 404 again in the future!
