This condo is located on the 19th floor of the Ilikai Hotel. No need to look any further, you've found your perfect condo in Waikiki. Don't delay, as there are others looking to book this condo and they might take your dates! The condo has been fully renovated and tastefully decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. Relax on the cooler side of the building and enjoy the tropical breezes from the mountain. There are two spacious lanais of 120 sq ft off the guest bedroom overlooking the city & Ala Moana Blvd and the master bedroom towards Diamond Head & offers a peek-a-boo ocean view!

AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and USA/Canada phone service is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

We had a great stay at the Ilikai while in town for a family reunion. The property was exactly as depicted in the listing and quite clean/comfortable. Most of the Waikiki attractions are walkable from there, yet it is on the fringe of the city, making car commutes, less of a hassle as well. The view of the water from the master suite was an added bonus! Thanks for a great stay.

We had an amazing stay!! Being on the 19th floor, we had great views of the surrounding city and ocean. Lovely kitchen and comfortable master bedroom. Good working ACs. The second bedroom was nice too, bed was not as soft but still good. The host was accommodating by providing us with an extra rollaway bed as well for our big group (6 people). Having 2 bathrooms was clutch for this reason. An added bonus was we got to see the free Friday night hula show downstairs in the pavilion.

We enjoyed our stay at Ilikai Towers 1925. The location is perfect, center to much and walkability great too. Would probably have given an excellent rating if we weren’t on the street side of the building, as it can be noisy. Seems the surrounding buildings create a sound tunnel and noisier in the unit than at street level. Good news os that everything quiets down by 9:00-10:00 and very peaceful at night.

For the most part everything was great. Property was beautiful about a mile from Waikiki Beach. The room was a little outdated and there’s no fans in the bathrooms with 5 people that was tough but luckily we had plenty of air flowing through the unit. Beds are comfy and unit is a decent size for 4 people but 5/6 was tough with the roll out bed. TV was confusing but we figured it out. No dresser in the 2nd bedroom for longer than 7 night stays it would have been tough living out of a suitcase the entire time. All and all we had a great time and did our best to make it a great experience. We’ll be back soon. Mahalo and aloha!

We loved our condo and all it had to offer. Air in living room did not work properly but we managed! I would ask that the screens on the sliding doors actually accommodate as the nights cooled down nicely and air would have not been needed

The parking attendants are very busy yet very kind. One of our bedrooms had a water leak from the air conditioning unit which we caught before it completely destroyed some items. We used a glass jar to catch the water after turning the unit off. The a/c units make odd noises when they are on and when they are turning off. Best not to sleep with them on due to the noise - the dripping water from the one a/c unit was caught after we turned the a/c off. The furniture in this bedroom has already shown that the problem existed prior to our arrival. It would be nice to at least have some salt and pepper for cooking. Previous VRBO units I've stayed in have had a few more condiments - this one had none. Overall, the location worked for our stay.

Beautiful property at great location with nice amenities, wonderful views and easy access to beaches and activities. Check-in was easy, I was provided with a Welcome email with access code. I would highly recommend to Family and Friends. Will definitely take my teenage daughters next year, love that the Rooms do not share a wall.... rooms are on opposite side of the condo

Very well stocked kitchen. It would be nice to have some beach supplies available. The wind from both lanais is amazing, we barely used the a/c. Only thing is maintenance was supposed to come change a light bulb and never did. Also the smaller shower drains a bit slow. Ilikai is close to a lot of things which makes it convenient but it is rough to stay asleep unless you’re a deep sleeper. There’s always people yelling throughout the night.

Location was great, walking distance to most of the restaurants and shopping areas, and of course Waikiki beach. It is just far enough off the main street where it doesn't get too busy at night. The property itself was well maintained and staff there are very pleasant. The condo was also in great shape, with a decent view. All accommodations were as specified and also in good condition. The only complaint is that valet service was super hectic but other than that this was a great property to stay at!

The valet was amazingly fast and convenient. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The condo kitchen was well stocked and very useful. The lounge and location were excellent. Very close to everything and very easy walk out the back to the beach. Amazing views of both the mountains and ocean. Loved the comfort and convenience. Would definitely recommend.

All things considered, we had a great stay at this location. The building was immaculate, staff was very helpful, and location was so close to the beach! I would say it would be nice for the owner to upgrade the air conditioning units as they are noisy, but tolerable. It seems some previous tenants have tried to stick cardboard in between some of the vibrating pieces that cause the noise. Additionally, the beds are pretty dated, and it would be highly impactful to get a few good mattresses in there. We had an amazing stay, and really appreciate you having us!
