This high floor, comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is perfect when traveling with family or friends as it has 1000 sq ft of living space. Modest, yet affordable, this property is comfortable but may show wear and tear. Comes with basic furnishing and appliances. Perfect for those that appreciate a good deal and value location over luxury. There are two spacious lanais of 120 sq ft off the guest bedroom overlooking the city & Ala Moana Blvd and the master bedroom towards Diamond Head & offers a peek-a-boo ocean view!

AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and local, US and Canada phone service is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for $125.65 per service.

BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

前日から予約していたので、朝にハワイに到着しましたが、ドアにキーパッドがあり、メールでもらったコードを入れるだけだったので、とても簡単にスムーズにチェックインができました。お部屋はきれいに掃除されていました。とても居心地がよく、キッチンの使い勝手もよく、簡単な料理を作ったり残り物を温めたり、家にいるように過ごすことができ、リラックスできました。アラモアナモール、ビーチ、バス停も近くとても便利な立地でした。ワイキキよりも静かで、お値段もワイキキよりもお得だと思いました。コンドミニアムは少しハードルがたかいと思っていましたが、日本語スタッフさんもいるので安心でした。次もこちららにお世話になります！

Aloha! We(Family of 5) enjoyed our stay here, comfortable, clean, hospitable, and LOCATION. Close to Ala Moana mall, across the street from the beach, and a 15-minute walk from downtown Waikiki. We are very happy and the money was well spent and deserved for us! Mahalo Marina Hawaii Vacations!

2月に滞在しました。The busのバス停は目の前にありますし、アラモアナモールまでは徒歩圏内でとても動きやすかったです。ワイキキにのホテルに滞在をしたことがありますが、こちらのエリアはワイキキに比べて、とても静かなのが気に入っています。新しいかんじのキッチンに新しいかんじの家具でとてもひろびろしていたので、快適に過ごせました。日本からの到着だと先にオフィスにメールにて伝えていたので、ラッキーな事に無料アーリーチェックインを提供してもらえました。お部屋には一通りの設備がそろっていたので終始快適に過ごせました。KCCのファーマーズマーケットやフードランドで買ってきた食材を使いキッチンで料理をし、節約しながら、ハワイローカルのように暮らすように過ごせました。もうホテル滞在には戻れません、円安の今、コンドミニアム滞在おすすめです！！

私たち夫婦と娘と孫娘で初めてイリカイタワーを利用しました。これまでは、夫婦でイリカイマリーナでしたが、今回は4人で利用ということで、２ベッドの部屋をすすめていただきました。１９階で、角部屋だったので、海も山も見えて最高のロケーションでした。部屋が広いのでお互いのプライバシーも守られ、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ルイさん、ありがとうございました。次回もまたよろしくお願いしますね!(^^)!

The location of the tower is very conveniently located within walking distance to the beach as well as many places to shop and eat. The two balconies from this corner unit offered unparalleled views of the city from the 19th floor and a nice place to sit and relax. The fireworks marking the start of the Honolulu Marathon were easily seen from this location as well as the runners on the street right below. Both bedrooms were spacious with the master bedroom having its own full bathroom. Two couches could convert to sleeper sofas in the living room. A full size refrigerator and appliances in the kitchen allow you to cook your own meals. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to vacation.

We were expecting it to be a little cleaner, we found candy wrappers and paper under the couch, molding in the shower. Curtain hooks broken in areas so the curtains sagged. Laminate hardwood flooring lifting in areas. Wood on the glass divider doors cracked off. No updated wall outlets. No central air only the box AC to try to cool off all the rooms. But it was a plus in the beautiful setting, we did enjoy the openness of the rooms and the lanai. A beautiful breeze every night. I would definitely come back to the condo.

Condo was very comfortable with good views. The kitchen had the basics, cable and WiFi worked without issue, and beds were comfortable. Only feedback for owner is to put up a full-length mirror for when getting ready. Best part of the condo is the breeze. While it was very hot outside open both sliding doors to the balconies and there is an amazing breeze so the A/C is not needed.

My friends, son, and I had a great stay at this property. Walking into Iliaki Hotel is beautiful...warm and welcoming. The hotel itself has a ton to offer...coffee shop, restaurant, stores, ice cream shop, Poke shop, convenience store...everything you could need. The condo worked out great for us. It is a bit older, but that was no big deal to us at all. There were two separate lanais that were great for us to hang out on while my son was napping. One gives you a city/mountain view and the other gives you a water view. If you are traveling with an infant, you probably would not want them on the lanai. I would be afraid they could slide through the bars on certain parts. I was aware of this before booking because you can see it in the pictures, so we just did not let him out there. The only problem we had was one toilet stopped flushing. I called the phone number given and was told since it was Sunday, a maintenance person may not be out until the next day. However, someone showed up just a few hours later. It was great! The condo is walking distance to so many things in Waikiki...restaurants, shops, brewery tap rooms, beach. It is a great central location. This is a great affordable choice of place to stay when staying in Waikiki!

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, etc. Wish there were better skillets and more forks in the kitchen. Also, some basics like salt and pepper would be nice. So glad there was a rice cooker!! Place needs updating, but nice overall.

The hotel was nice, with convenience store, restaurants and Dave's ice cream (great place) on the ground floor. We enjoyed the lanais in the mornings and evenings. Just across the street from the harbor and the ocean. the room we had could use some TLC, repairs. It only had 1 air conditioner to service the whole place, so bedrooms did get a little warm, but the fans helped a lot.

The room was spacious with awesome lanai with view of city and partial ocean. Good location to everything. Loved the parking options with hourly rate available. Ocean just a shirt walk. The only thing that wasn’t really great was lack of central air, but the window unit and fan worked well enough. I would have preferred to leave lanai door open at night but was scared away from it by a sign that talked about bugs getting in. I would still stay again.

One thing was that the Pools closed early and they were warm in a Hot day plus the gym they said because since we went thru you guys we could not use them that sucked ........over all it was nice

The unit is rather antiquated and is in need of updating/upgrading, appliances, furniture etc., especially for the rate charged. The A/C was stressed to the max and the entire unit doesn’t get cold enough. The balcony views were decent.

You cannot get better service than Marina Hawaii Vacations they are super efficient and always took time to answer my questions no matter how mundane. The apartment itself is an amazing space! Yes it needs a paint job but the space is workable, lots of privacy and with two huge laini's that create a perfect breeze there is no need for air conditioning. I would come back here again and again!

Property was exactly as listed. Fairly clean for property that was built in 1964! Never really heard our neighbors except for when out in the balcony. Pricing was accurate, but the resort and other miscellaneous fees essentially doubled the nightly charge listed. Nice to have the essentials in the kitchen to cook meals to save some money. Wish we would've found the food land sooner. However, we bought a lot of supplies at Costco that we similar in quality. Both had great poke!

Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The pull out bed was even comfortable enough. Appreciated the soap/sponge care package. The bathrooms and kitchen were very dated and grungy looking, especially the kitchen. We enjoyed our time in the unit but expected more for the pretty high price.

Very spacious and comfortable. Easy walking access to Waikiki, various dining options, and Ala Moana Shopping Center. Grocery story 1/2 mile walk. City bus stops within a block. Surprise find, Harbor Pub and Pizza, one block away across from small boat harbor and next door to Chart House. Nothing fancy, just a locals hang out, but decent food, friendly service, and reasonable prices (even by mainland standards).

We liked it walk 5 mins to water , great towels only thing when we checked in hotel 1 of the toilet wasn’t working but fixed next day , I would recommend to have salt , pepper, and some herbs would be nice. Anyway, we enjoyed it.

This property offered everything our family of 4 needed and more! Spacious accommodation with ample room for sleeping.. Could use a few more upgrades to the outdated bathrooms and kitchen but very functional. Excellent location! Just a short walking distance to the lagoon and beach! Property management was exceptional to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
