Brand new roller shades makes it easy to enjoy the beautiful full view of the yacht harbor for sunrise to sunset. This condo overlooks the Ilikai courtyard, the yacht harbor and Pacific Ocean. You'll love lounging on the lanai with your morning coffee taking in the breathtaking views. In the evening, relax with your meal or cocktail & watch the sun set over the yacht harbor.

AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and USA/Canada phone service is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours. The room was clean and very nice, with a view of the Marina. We had breakfast every morning on the Lanai and it was wonderful. Maki was most helpful during our trip. The location makes it easy to take the bus everywhere.It would be nice to have an extra packet of coffee. The coffee maker uses large packets which are not easy to find for purchase anywhere.

We have stayed at the Ilikai many times. Unit 1041 is now our favorite after 7 different stays. It is situated on our favorite side of the building with wonderful views. The unit was nicely remodeled, has plenty of comfortable seating and has a variety of comfortable patio chairs. It has all of the amenities one would want. We will return to 1041 in the future when we visit our daughter who lives on the island.The only small negative is that the TV and cable is difficult to get functioning. More of a cable company problem than anything else.

My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Oahu in the beautiful Ilikai. The room was spacious and fit our needs. Sunsets across the harbor were spectacular from the lanai. Cinnamons for breakfast was delicious. AC in the room worked very well and the modern updates in the kitchen and bathroom were nice. Definitely recommend and would rebook here on our next trip!

This is a nice apartment - big comfortable bed, very well set up for cooking. Curtains are being replaced - they need to be ! Positives - awesome views of the marina & sunsets & also planes & jets coming & going. Big Negative - the water pressure in the shower - it’s not good - takes at least twice as long to shower especially if you are a female & wash your hair

Pros: Marina Hawaii Vacations was great to work with. We had a problem with fridge and maintenance person went above and beyond to fix it so we didn’t have to switch units. He drove across island to her part instead of waiting all day to have it delivered and replaced i in30 minutes. The woman who works in front office is very kind and follows up. Allowed us late check out. The customer service from start to finish was excellent.! View is beautiful. Location was right for us. Bed is comfy Unit was quiet Huge lanai and there were beach chairs. Kitchen was ok- older with low end appliances but clean and functioning Cons This is unit is tired and needs TLC. Carpet is the worst. Stained and old. We found 5 cans of carpet/stain remover in cabinet. It’s time. Drapes were shredding and old- again TLC.. replace them. It could use a paint job. Doors and walls were scuffed and although not dirty, looked so because of wear and tear. Couch is old and starting to sag. Weirdly, 2 random dining room bamboo chairs were stacked up in the living room. We just moved to lanai. Bathroom was ok but dark tile and bathroom fixtures are outdated. Each unit is individually owned so these owners seem to not be interested in updating. It wasn’t awful at all-just tired. We booked last minute and this was the only unit on the good side of ilikai that was left. It was a fair price for what we got, but I would’ve paid more for a better unit.

Good communication between the rental company and us. As advertised, we had great views of the sunset and harbor. The bed had a foam/cushion on top so it was nice and comfortable. We ate most of our meals out on the lanai enjoying the view.

The check-in process was very smooth, fast and friendly. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. There were plenty of towels lots of dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen and the trash was easily disposed on our floor. The laundry room on our floor was convenient and easy to use. We cooked our dinner frequently and enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony to eat and after dark to look at the stars. The view from the unit was even better than pictured. Also, the Ilikai is convenient to the city busses which we used to go everywhere and saved ourselves the price of a rental car. I would highly recommend this condo and the Ilikai in general.

The rental was everything I had hoped it would be. It was perfect for our three week stay in Waikiki. The view was spectacular especially at sunset. Hopefully we can return some day soon.

Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Thank you to the owner for sharing the property and to the property managers who assist their guests. Great property that needs a bit extra TLC - mostly minor and cosmetic. A bit dated and could use newer, cleaner furniture and drapes. No Smoking policy is most welcome, but someone has to enforce that with the neighbors. A cigarette but landed on the table on the balcony. It could've landed on someone and hurt that person or damage or burn something on the balcony. Cigar smoke could be smelled from one of the neighbors for a few consecutive days that prompted me to close the doors and turn on the A/C when the breeze would've been great otherwise. The property is at the iconic Ilikai. All guests must respect and appreciate that. A gentle and frequent reminder to all guests will help maintain the true value of the Ilikai.
