Description

This end unit on the 16th floor of Ilikai Marina offers the best views of the harbor and Waikiki Beach below! Recent upgrades as of September 2024 include luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living room and bedroom, brand new furniture throughout including new queen size mattress and sofa sleeper, 50" Smart TV, and a new refrigerator and small appliances. We've replaced all cookware, dinnerware, glassware and silverware to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable experience during your Hawaiian vacation! A sliding door separates the living area from the bedroom for added privacy. This unit has just been added to our inventory, so there are no reviews yet. But rest assured, it's an excellent condo!

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. Beach towels are not provided but can be purchased at the local ABC Store across the street. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor. Payment can be made through the PayRange app or by credit card. A trash chute is located at the end of the hallway. The property offers 24/7 Security. Parking is available in the building for $33/day (*rates subject to change). Street parking is available along the harbor for $1/hour (metered parking). Building management occasionally schedules routine pest control and maintenance. We will provide reasonable notice for access in these situations. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am each day. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit or on the lanai.

Marina Hawaii Vacations has been providing travelers with fully furnished condo rentals since 1965.  Book with confidence, as we only provide legal vacation rentals in Waikiki & the surrounding areas.  You’ll save when you book directly with Marina Hawaii Vacations.  The condos are privately owned & occasionally construction and/or other building shutdowns may occur during your stay. Please note that owners do not have control over external work or noise. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays.  We anticipate that most guests will experience minimal to no disruption, as many travelers spend their days exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or engaging in other activities on Oahu during these times.  If you have any questions, please contact a vacation rental specialist for more details.

Great vacation rental.

We loved the fantastic ocean and sunset views from our room, as well as the Friday night fireworks by Hilton, a couple of properties over. The room was recently renovated and just about all the furnishings were brand new. This one bedroom, fully-furnished unit was spacious and very comfortable. Having the trash chute just outside our door was also so convenient. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Honolulu.Additionally, Maki of Marina Hawaii Vacations was so nice and helpful. We really appreciated her friendly assistance.
