There is a shared & paid laundry facility on the 8th floor. Parking is available in the building for an additional cost. The Ilikai Marina is perfect for snowbirds looking for an escape during the winter months, workers on temporary assignment, or residents relocating to Honolulu for work as the condos are fully furnished & ready for move in. Parking is available for $33/day *rates subject to change

Taking the street route, you can stroll through Waikiki, passing world-class stores. The beach route takes you from the Ilikai Marina, past Fort DeRussy and the Army Museum, to the historic Royal Hawaiian Hotel where you can relax with a cool drink and listen to traditional Hawaiian music in the evening. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
