AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected Wi-Fi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor, with payment through the PayRange app or by credit card. A trash chute is located at the end of the hallway. The property offers 24/7 security. Parking is available in the building for $33/day (*rates subject to change). Street parking is available along the harbor for $1/hour (metered). Please note, there is no pool in the building. Building management occasionally schedules routine pest control and maintenance. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am each day. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the unit or on the lanai.

Please note that owners do not have control over external work or noise. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. We anticipate that most guests will experience minimal to no disruption, as many travelers spend their days exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or engaging in other activities on Oahu during these times.
