To get you started, we provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials, including liquid dish soap, a dishwasher detergent packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note that these amenities are not replenished after the starter supply is used. Each bathroom is stocked with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. Beach towels are also provided in the condo for your convenience. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

Built in 1979, Chateau Waikiki stands 38 stories high and is home to 459 condominium residences with all kinds of desirability and appeal. Amenities at Chateau Waikiki inside a heated saltwater pool, barbecuing stations, two fitness facilities, a sauna, and even on-site meeting rooms for personal, social, or business gatherings. A number of gazebos and even a putting green is also found on the grounds at Chateau Waikiki, and in terms of location, many actually love living at 411 Hobron Lane, as it's a little bit off the beaten track, at least from a tourist standpoint.

Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
