AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and USA/Canada phone service is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

The condo was clean and comfortable. The second bedroom was a disappointment because it lacked privacy. The wall did not fully connect and there was a big gap. I would suggest some cleaning supplies such as counter spray or windex. There was an issue with the master toilet which was called in and fixed immediately.

Took my 91 yr old mother to Honolulu and the accommodations at the Ilikai were amazing!! We rented a 2 bedroom unit and were able to check in early and get right to the room. It was really beautiful with great views. We were able to have coffee and cook breakfast every day and relax at night after a long day. I would highly recommend the Ilikai and Marina Hawaiian Vacations to everyone! Such a pleasure to work with!

Great room for our family of 6. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Great hotel. We had an absolutely great time! Only constructive feedback is that our room wasn’t ready at 4pm and the washers/dryers didn’t work for part of our time there and had to go to a laundromat. We would definitely stay here again! I agonized over which condo to choose from and I am very glad that I chose this one! It was clean. It was a great location. It had adequate space for five adults. The owner communicated well and promptly. The hourly parking in “back” was the best value and very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an awesome stay in this unit in November 2023. This unit is a great two bedroom condo with two full bathrooms. There is a full kitchen and dining room table. The hotel is steps from Waikiki beach. There are plenty of restaurants and dining downstairs in the lobby. There is a convenience store for anything you may need to buy. You can walk anywhere in Waikiki from this location. The unit has two huge balconies with stunning downtown views. The check in process is super simple with digital door locks. On our last day I asked if I could have a later check out and within 20 minutes the property manager got back to me and let me keep the room until 4pm. My family and I had such a wonderful stay in this unit and could not be happier. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Waikiki as it was so much extra space than a regular hotel room. The building has an awesome pool right by the beach as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice location next to Hilton Hawaiian Village, close to beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. PROS: Location, ease of check-in process, cleanliness of hotel, communication with property manager. CONS: Condo could use some updating, as could the hotel itself. No air conditioning in hotel hallways and air conditioning in condo itself was not very strong. Pans provided did not work well on electric stove but made do. Noise from street was constant (windows had no insulation...if you are a light sleeper bring a noise machine!) Overall a nice stay on Oahu.

My family and I had the most amazing stay at the Ilikai; it made us feel close to classic stories of Hawaii that we hold dear in a hotel with the kind of amenities that we can only dream of. And the best part was living in this wonderful place with beautiful sunrises on the lanai, endless breezes and refreshing rain, great valet staff, and a top knotch dining experience at Cinnamon’s! On a slight negative note the floors of the unit were dirty where our bare feet were black within minutes. But we overlooked that and chalked it up to ins and outs from the lanai and beaches. But a good mopping would be helpful to the unit. Everything else about 1025 from location, to fantastic layout to the warm decor made it a memorable experience that we hope to repeat someday soon

We loved the size of this condo and the multiple lanai's. The windows had great city views. All beds are super comfortable and water pressure in the showers were really good. Just be aware that the road noise can be bad for infants or children or light sleepers. The WiFi is great but the TV in the main bedroom wasn't working. But who wants to watch TV in Hawaii! Not me! The remote control for the air-conditioning in the main bedroom wasn't working but because it was December, it wasn't needed. Would I stay here again! Absolutely.

The condo was spacious, clean, and the contactless check in was a plus! Having a kitchen was nice for our leftovers & drinks. The downside we felt that for paying such a steep price to this rental - the items that were provided such as the soap for the kitchen was extremely watered down, & we were only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom. It would be nice to have extra toiletries included with our stay. In regard to location if this is your first time in downtown/Ala Moana/Waikiki area keep in mind you will be walking a lot if you don't have a rental and if you want to be close to the action (just as an FYI) if you prefer shopping this location is perfect for you! The Royal Hawaiian Market place is roughly 0.8-1mile away or a 20 min walk. You will be located near the Ala Moana shopping center. It does get pretty noisey, but we've also stayed towards Waikiki and the noise level is a little better here but not by much. There is an ABC store located right by the condo so that was great for any convenient purchases we needed to make (snacks, drinks, etc). Overall the stay satisfied our needs. Laundry can be done and is shared on the floor but a huge rip off because your balance charged to your card cannot be carried over at the time of use (i.e a separate charge to wash and dry your clothes). Also as an fyi - elevators can get busy at peak times.

We stayed August 24-30, 2022 and had an amazing stay! The condo itself is very spacious, clean & had everything we needed to cook & prepare meals and snacks. Bonus corner location for two balconies! The property offers two pools, quick access to the beach and lagoon, a wonderful patio area where we BYO meals to dine outside. Everyone on site was helpful and wonderful. We kept our rental car on site and found that the valet was quick, easy and very responsive. Absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to the Waikiki area.

This location is perfect! Centrally located. There is an amazing beach steps away to visit anytime, we took our coffee out to watch the sunrise every morning. The parking is a little expensive but the valet team are amazing so after the initial day you forget about that part. Even though this room isn't owned by the hotel, you get all of the perks of the hotel. Corner unit so two balconies was awesome. Great stay, nothing negative I could say!!! Highly recommend.

I booked this place for 5 of us to stay while we were in town for our cousin’s wedding. The condo looks just like the pictures and was a good size for us. The condo ended up being the place where all of us cousins gathered for dinners and to hang out. Close to the beach, Ala Moana shopping center, and a few other local spots.

The property is located just east of Waikiki -- about 15 min walk to the main touristy area. The condo looked exactly as pictured and felt very modern and clean. There were enough toilet paper and dishwashing pods for the duration of our 6 day stay. Only thing I wish that was provided was beach towels , but that was mentioned in the description, so no surprises there. We did find in the unit three beach chairs, some float noodles, and an umbrella. No regrets booking this property.

The condo was very nice, very clean and very comfortable. The only downside is that Cinnamon's, the restaurant on the property, is closed two days a week so we had to go somewhere else for breakfast. Had to ask management for another roll of paper towels and she acted as though I was asking for something very expensive!

Although this is not actually on Waikiki it is the next best option. You leave out of the building toward the ocean and down a sloped walkway and you are at the Hilton Lagoon and Public Parking area for Waikiki. Walking to the beach is simply that easy. Make sure you budget for the Parking at this location, at $23.00 self-park or $28.00 valet, this will put a dent in your vacation dollars. All of this said the building is dated but the unit has been updated and is very nice. if you are working to take a trip on a budget I recommend this as an excellent option.

Overall this property was fantastic for our family of six. It’s in a great location, the kitchen was fantastic for helping us eat a few meals in instead of eating out all the time, and the bathrooms were updated and gorgeous! We only had a couple of problems. The photo descriptions said there was a queen size sleeper and a twin sized chair bed in the living room and that was not accurate. There was only a queen-size sofa sleeper. We chose this property because itkkked like there would be enough beds for our kids to have their own and there wasn’t. We made it work, but it might have led us to choose a different property had we known. Also, the air conditioner in the master bedroom and the living area worked really well. However, the air conditioner in the second bedroom barely worked. If you kept the curtains drawn shut at all times and kept the doors wide open, it would stay around 76° in there. If you shut the door though. It would get between 82° and 85°. If you needed privacy in that bedroom, this would not be a great choice. For a family of six though with younger kids, we made it work! It was a great home base for us as we went out exploring!

High-rise Wrap-around Casual Comfort

When looking at the available properties on VRBO, there were so many options for city and country venues, but this property was perfect for me and my two adult daughters. As this is a corner condo on the 10th floor, we had exquisite panoramic views from the balconies in every room, so that morning or night we had cityscape and marina views that were great subjects for photography. Aside from some minor details in fine cleaning (a dark spill on the guest dust ruffle and some spots that were embedded on the lounge end of the sectional) the place was very cleaned and stocked as advertised. This resort has all you need in a great location with indoor shops and eateries and other restaurants in the vicinity. Tour, shuttle and city buses run often and car rentals are nearby and at the hotel to get around the island. I highly recommend it for your consideration and would choose it again for my return visit.

Our family of five loved staying in this beautiful spacious condo. The location was perfect for exploring Waikiki and the other parts of the island. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, the mall, and even church. Of course, the pools and beach were super convenient and nice. We would love to return for another stay!

My spouse and I came to Hawaii with his elderly Aunt. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a must. We went to the pool every afternoon. The water temperature of the pool was wonderful and the pool are was very clean. We used the public bus, which is top notch, and walked to other nearby areas. The communication with the management company told us everything we needed to know. We rented a wheelchair from Danny at Best Mobility and he proved drop off and pick up. Successful trip to Hawaii.

We loved our stay in 1025. The view was wonderful and the arrangements were very comfortable. Unfortunately due to Covid it has made some parts of vacationing difficult. And, the nighttime Ilikai security man was very unpleasant. He made it feel somewhat of like a prison by his rude attitude and way of addressing us. We also we’re not aware of the five people and under rule...since my daughter lives there we wanted to be able to be together for a dinner inside our condo. Also, part of vacationing is being able to enjoy the pool and that was a difficult thing to make happen. We never did get a reservation as they were already booked up each morning. We are hoping in the future that will change as we do enjoy a pool and a Jacuzzi as part of our stay. It was also disappointing to not have the Cinnamon’s restaurant available to us as that was an attraction for us when we were choosing places to stay. What I really did appreciate though was Marina vacations kindness toward us, especially Maki. She was always so pleasant to talk to you and available each time I would come in. Thank you

Apartment was a good size for four adults and we had a great stay! The location is a little bit outside the main area of Waikiki with all the shops so it’s a bit quieter and it only takes about 15 minutes to walk there. There were a few things that could’ve made the stay amazing. The condo only had a few rolls of toilet paper and minimal cleaning supplies (dishwashing tablets, laundry powder) so we had to go buy more during our 12 night stay. The TV wasn’t working properly and some of the remote batteries were dead. You had to book into the pool on the day of use and often it would book up very fast, though we do understand this is a COVID policy in place at the moment. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had a great stay at this beautifully decorated condo! It fit 6 of us (two couples and 2 kids) easily and it was so nice to be walkable to the beach and shopping area. The lanai and large windows offered a partial view of the ocean and surrounding area. We were able to rent a pack and play for our toddler to sleep which was ready when we arrived. The boogie boards and beach chairs were a great surprise as well. It was nice to have the amenities of the hotel such as the pool and shops, but the elevator could be quite busy at times. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great location and very nice condo. Clean and well appointed. Hotel services nice compliment to condo amenities. Only suggestion would be to provide trash bags for kitchen and more than a single dishwasher tablet. A real broom and dustpan or hardwood floor sweeper would be helpful to keep sand and crumbs swept up. Overall great stay in a great condo.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's property and would not hesitate to stay there again, should we ever make it back to Hawaii. The apartment/condo was clean, comfortable, convenient and safe. While nice, the accommodations pictured with the brightly colored furnishings and furniture, which initially attracted us to the post, were not as advertised. That being said, this did not make or break our vacation (a great week-long, family-of-four getaway) and the property still met all of our needs.

WE STAYED FOR 8 DAYS AND THE ROOM WAS AS IT IS IN PICTURE. Bed in the MASTER WAS NICE and the 55 in TV wasn't bad either .The hotel was close to everything u need shopping,beach, food an even car rentals . Can't wait for the next trip

I would give this unit 5 stars if it wasn't a city view and if the kitchen was better stocked. The owners have spent time, money and consideration putting the renos into the unit. The beds are comfortable. If you are a cook, there are many utensils and good cooking pots that are not included. However, if you eat out and your cooking wants are simple, what you have is adequate. The rental company Marina Hawaii Vacations has an office on the main floor of the Ilikai. The company is excellent and responds very quickly to any inquires or maintenance issues.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Mia and staff were very accommodating. A short walk to the beach. Transportation and bus service right out front. The 24 hour valet parking is a hit. I will be returning here again!!!

We, a family of four, stayed here for 2 weeks during spring break. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is clean and spacious. It has a great balcony which we used every day, without fail. There is an ABC store (groceries, alcohol etc.) just across the road, which is really convenient. And the fact that the kids room was away from ours was great! This apartment is located in the best part of Waikiki with a couple of minutes walk to a man made lake, where you can lounge on the beach, swim or indeed rent canoes, paddle boards etc. So safe and easy if you have kids. Highly recommended! You can walk to the shopping centre in under five minutes and there is plenty of public transport outside the building. Lots of restaurants and bars around too. The apartment itself is located in the Hotel Ilikai where there is a heated pool, which the kids loved as well. Check in was a breeze... I highly recommend this place! Thanks Marina!"

Wow, I just came back from an amazing time in Hawaii and staying at the Ilikai Hotel in the condo #1025. The condo is clean, comfortable and in the perfect location in Hawaii. The Ilikai Hotel is close to the beach, walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center, and lots of restaurants. Walking to the Waikiki strip is about a 15 minute walk away, and really easy and beautiful stroll along the beach to get there. The condo is comfortably decorated and the owner has changed some of the living room furniture, but still perfect for our family. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials and great to have access for us, even for our short stay. You can see a little peek-a-boo ocean view from the bedroom lanai, which was nice. We can't wait to come back to Hawaii & would definitely stay in #1025 again!

I searched through a lot of properties prior to finally picking this one and I'm glad we did. Our party consisted of 4 adults & an 18 month old (1 couple & 2 singles). The set up was perfect for our group but to be fair it would have been too crowded if we had any more than that. There is a master with an ensuite - this is the room my husband & I stayed in. The bed was comfortable but not huge - that being said, we're both on the tall side. We had our baby in the room with us in a portable cot that we hired from the property management/condo staff which was perfectly adequate (we added a spare blanket from the cupboard to provide a softer 'mattress' and brought bedding from home). The ensuite was in reasonably good condition. Our room had A/C and a TV. Both in good working order. The second bedroom has two beds (twin?) that are only suitable for one person. Two people could not share a bed. This room didn't have A/C but if you have the living room A/C on then it's fine - that being said you have to leave the bedroom door open to remain cool so there's a slight privacy issue on that front. We didn't really have a problem but just something to consider. There's a separate bathroom. I believe the sofa/s also convert to pull out beds but in my experience these kinds of beds are uncomfortable though I can't speak to these ones. What I would say, though, is that you'd have little to no room in the living area if the bed/s are folded out. As advertised, they provide you with minimal cleaning supplies. Depending on how much time you spend in the unit you will likely have to buy toilet paper, bin liners etc. We didn't find it a terrible inconvenience but it's just something you will have to budget for. The views are as advertised as well though we didn't spend much time on the balconies. There's a tanning pool & a regular pool. We didn't spend time in either though - we mostly hung out the the Hilton Lagoon which is a quick easy walk from the condo. The Ala Moana shopping centre, restaurants, convenience stores & even Waikiki are all within walking distance as well. Waikiki was the furthest away & that would take between 20-30 minutes depending on how slow we were. There is a laundry room with 2 washes & dryers on the same level as the condo but having this facility in the room would have bumped my review up to 5 stars. We'd stay again!
