This condo underwent a kitchen and bathroom remodel in February 2024, enhancing its appeal as the perfect vacation or extended stay rental! With new cabinets, range and microwave, all complemented by stunning quartz countertops, the kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed for functionality and convenience, featuring added shelving under the mirror for your cosmetics and toiletries!
AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi. We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. Beach towels are not provided but can be purchased at the local ABC Store across the street. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor. Payment can be made through the PayRange app or by credit card. A trash chute is located at the end of the hallway. The property offers 24/7 Security. Parking is available in the building for $33/day (*rates subject to change). Street parking is available along the harbor for $1/hour (metered parking). Building management occasionally schedules routine pest control and maintenance. We will provide reasonable notice for access in these situations. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am each day. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit or on the lanai.

You’ll save when you book directly with Marina Hawaii Vacations. The condos are privately owned & occasionally construction and/or other building shutdowns may occur during your stay. Please note that owners do not have control over external work or noise. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. We anticipate that most guests will experience minimal to no disruption, as many travelers spend their days exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or engaging in other activities on Oahu during these times.
