AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and USA/Canada phone service is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours. Great condo and all around location. Marina was very helpful and everything went off effortlessly. Air conditioner is a little loud for my taste, but a very minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay. Thanks Marina.

まず部屋に入るとローションに感動し、エアコンもついていてお部屋は涼しく、さらにハワイアンの音楽が流れていて、一気にハワイを感じました。お部屋もとても清潔で、滞在中は気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 1階のスタッフルームには日本語が話せる方もいらっしゃるので安心でした。とても感じよく気さくな方です。滞在で困ったことは洗濯したものの、干すところがないこと。引っかけるところが何もないので困りました。あとエアコンの音は結構します。日本の静かなエアコンとはちょっと違います。私達滞在中は慣れてきて気にならなくなりましたが、音に敏感な方は気になるかもしれません。全般的なことでいえば、アラモアナとワイキキの中間でbikiであちこちいけてとても楽しかったし、花火も近くで見れたし、最終日には持参したそうめんを茹でて食べたり。結果…ここにしてよかった！という感想です。楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきありがとうございました。

Lovely views at night! In close proximity to everything. Mattress needs to be replaced. Didn’t really use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked. Nice windy breeze. Make sure you close the blinds during the day when you leave. It’s much more comfortable coming home to a cooler home. Made that mistake once. The entertainment they offer was outstanding! People were friendly.

Great views, dirty glasses, coffee maker, apt needs a deep clean. the air conditioner is quite noisy and without a remote and in an awkward location. But a comfortable condo. Read the management contract. They promise nothing and have a no-refund policy. Did not return a message left to fix the wifi. However a second call the next day resulted in a very prompt response and a fix. The Pesce top-floor restaurant is great. Breakfast has the same menu, and price as Cinammons without the wait. Happy hour half-price cocktails, Jen their manager is a wonderful person. The dinner is a bit pricey but delicious. Reserve a table for the Friday night fireworks looking down on the lagoon. Check it out.

We had a great stay. Location is great. Lobby area downstairs was inviting. Easy access to anything you need. Bed was amazingly comfortable! I will say it's a very busy area so be sure to drive out to some of the more secluded beaches (just 15-20 minutes away) for some spectacular views and great snorkling! Thanks for a great 31st Anniversary!

Marina Vacations provided excellent service, even allowing me to leave my baggage in their office as I arrived when the apartment was being cleaned. The apartment was very clean and true to the photos and description. I have stayed at a lower floor before and I recommend a higher one as it makes a big difference - the view of the marina was magnificent both day and night. I think this is the best side as there aren’t any buildings obstructing the view. The aircon was loud but in the evenings the breeze was enough so I had it switched off. The wifi worked great. I would definitely stay here again. Each unit is of different quality and you never know what you will end up with - but for me this was a great choice.

The apartment was as depicted in the photos and was spacious enough to have 5 people over for dinner. The view was postcard-worthy, and we enjoyed sunset dinners every night. Maki was very responsive and helpful. The bed is comfortable, the apartment is clean, the kitchen is sufficiently stocked with dishes and cookware (bring your own spices & condiments!), the coin laundry is conveniently located, Dave's Ice Cream in the lobby was a big bonus. Aloha and mahalo for a memorable stay!

The Ilikai is definitely and older property, but it is well maintained and the amenities on site are adequate and tasteful. We stayed in a studio/condo managed by Marina Hawaii Vacations. From the day we booked we were kept informed by the management company of what to expect when, what's due, where to go when we arrive, etc. Covid restrictions were still in place and Marina Hawaii provided the link to travel.hawaii.gov which sets you up with the ability to upload vaccine documentation to expedite entry upon landing in HNL. We were given a code and arrival time so that we could go directly to our room without hassling with a registration desk. Between the emails and the printed information in the room, all conceivable questions were answered. When we did call on the business office of Marine Hawaii Vacations we were met by a gracious representative who stook and welcomed us. We were assured that any needs or questions would be met as soon as possible. The room was clean - though not what you'd call up-to-date - and the view was very nice. everything functioned as expected. This is not a five star property, but the price is not five star either. We found that the value was very good, the location was very good (especially if you want to spend time outside Waikiki - easy access to local streets and freeways without getting bogged down in Waikiki traffic). Everyone at the property, whether Marina Hawaii Vacations or employed by the Ilikai or one of the vendors off the lobby, were extremely friendly and welcoming with the Aloha spirit.

This is a great unit with an amazing view! The owner has taken great care of the unit and the kitchen cabinets are well stocked with dishes and everything needed to prepare meals. The unit was very clean. We have made note of the unit number and will definitely stay again.

Great sunset views

This condo was very centrally located to everything for us. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the Ala Moana Mall. It was about a 20 minute leisurely walk to where we went for a sunset cruise. It was a 7 minute walk to the lagoons to watch the sunrise. The views from the condo itself were great, especially during sunset and at night. The night views of the marina and nearby buildings were fantastic. I specifically picked this condo because I wanted to see sky outside our windows and not another building. My husband and I were very comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed our morning coffees and nighttime cocktails on the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We appreciated the two sets of towels and linens. There is plenty of closets, storage areas to unpack fully. The wifi was good. We didn't watch TV while we were there. The ocean and marina was our TV. It was nice having the local mart on the property. There was also an ABC store next door at the Hilton. After watching the sunrise, we enjoyed having breakfast at the Cinnamons restaurant on the property a couple of times. The pork sisig loco moco was onolicious! Overall, our stay here was great. We would pick it again.
